За даними слідства, через його дії онлайн-казино, яке повʼязане з росіянами, отримало ліцензію. А згодом Рудий умисно не вживав заходи, аби цієї ліцензії його позбавити. Ідеться про онлайн-казино Pin-Up, що їх підозрюють у відмиванні російських грошей і яке мало ліцензію на організацію азартних ігор.
Вирішується питання про оголошення йому підозри у пособництві державі-агресору та незаконному зберіганні наркотичних засобів у великому розмірі.
