Друга за величиною авіакомпанія Японії Japan Airlines (JAL) зазнала кібератаки на систему для реєстрації багажу. Проблему зафіксували 26 грудня о 07:25 за місцевим часом. Про це повідомило видання Kyodo News.

За даними джерел видання, JAL повідомила поліції, що вона могла стати жертвою DDoS-атаки.

Компанія призупинила продаж квитків на внутрішні та міжнародні рейси до кінця дня. Вже придбані квитки все ще можна використати.

Наразі авіаперевізник протидіє кібератаці та працює над визначенням її джерела. JAL тимчасово вимкнула маршрутизатор, який міг бути скомпрометованим.
