«Немає підстав очікувати зростання попиту на вуглеводні чи підвищення цін на них. Нам доведеться конкурувати на “стагнуючих” або скорочуваних енергетичних ринках в умовах екологічної та технологічної гонки. Енергосировинний сектор не буде точкою масштабного отримання ренти», — йдеться у доповіді.

Це сигнал про необхідність радикальних змін в економічній політиці, які враховуватимуть світові тренди на відновлювану енергетику та зменшення залежності від викопного палива.
