 Financial Times повідомило, що Google інвестує понад $1 млрд у компанію Anthropic, конкурента OpenAI, посилюючи свої позиції в стартапі

Пошуковий гігант Alphabet вклав в Anthropic близько $2 млрд і тепер збільшує свою частку в групі.

Anthropic відома завдяки сімейству моделей ШІ Claude. Це один із провідних стартапів нової хвилі компаній, які створюють інструменти для генерації тексту, зображень і навіть програмного коду за запитом користувача.

Google винайшов технологію, на якій побудовані такі моделі, як Claude і GPT4 від OpenAI, але відстає в гонці за комерціалізацію цієї технології. Інвестиції в Anthropic спрямовані на боротьбу з такими конкурентами як Microsoft, Meta та Amazon.
