Італійський банк UniCredit поступово скорочує свою присутність у росії, незважаючи на всі труднощі, пов’язані із санкціями та регуляторними обмеженнями, повідомляє Financial Times.
Гендиректор UniCredit Андреа Орсел:“Наш намір піти з росії є абсолютно зрозумілим. Ми йдемо і завершимо це, ми не можемо повернутися.”
Вихід UniCredit – ще один удар по фінансовій системі рф та частина глобального тренду виходу західних компаній з країни.
Головна проблема – знайти покупця на активи без ризику санкцій та фінансових втрат. Угоди поки ускладнені, але після війни процес може пришвидшитися.
Навіть у разі потенційної нормалізації відносин іноземні інвестори до росії більше не повернуться.
