До третьої річниці повномасштабного вторгнення Росії в Україну Канада запровадила санкції щодо 76 фізичних та юридичних осіб.

У списку осіб, що потрапили під санкції, оприлюдненому на сайті канадського уряду, є російський телеведучий Володимир Познер.

Як повідомляє уряд, особи, які потрапили під санкції: 

- підтримують військово-промислову базу Кремля;

- причетні до незаконної депортації або примусового вивезення українських дітей;

- беруть участь у пропагандистських операціях Кремля;

- є високопосадовцями російського уряду або олігархами, що підтримують режим Путіна.
