У мережах магазинів електроніки викрили схему з ухилення від сплати податків на 286 мільйонів гривень. 

Про це повідомив голова Державної податкової служби Руслан Кравченко. Він не вказав назви мереж, але, за інформацією видання «Економічна правда», йдеться про «Ябко» та Yabluka.

Ці дві торгові мережі мають понад 160 магазинів. Під час перевірок співробітники податкової служби виявили в них масові факти продажів без застосування касових апаратів, а також відсутність обліку товарів та документів про походження техніки.

Лише за одні вихідні в межах майже 150 контрольних закупівель, зокрема і в цих мережах, податкова виявила 22 випадки видачі підробних чеків.

За результатами понад 400 таких перевірок мережі оштрафували на суму більш ніж 85 млн гривень.

Голова податкової заявив, що тепер ці мережі припинили діяльність через платників єдиного податку та працюють у формі товариств з обмеженою відповідальністю, що перебувають на загальній системі оподаткування та є платниками ПДВ. Після цього їхні виторги зросли у понад 10 разів.
