Компанія Ariston у середу заявила про відновлення контролю над дочірньою російською компанією “Арістон Термо Рус”, в якій рік тому запроваджувалося зовнішнє управління.

Указ про виключення “Арістон Термо Рус” з числа активів, щодо яких запроваджено зовнішнє управління, у середу підписав Путін. Після цього виконавчий голова Ariston Group Паоло Мерлоні заявив, що Ariston відновить співпрацю з менеджментом російського підрозділу.

Повернення в росію вимагатиме від компанії перегляду ухваленого раніше рішення про відділення “Арістон Термо Рус” від компанії, йдеться в заяві Ariston Group.

Це, ймовірно, перший випадок повернення контролю над відібраними раніше російськими активами західних компаній.
