Теле- та радіоведучий, журналіст Віктор Дяченко пішов з посади головного редактора Bazilik Media, яку обіймав з січня 2024 року. Про це він повідомив на своїй фейсбук-сторінці.

У коментарі «Детектору медіа» Віктор Дяченко розповів, що ухвалив таке рішення через потребу оптимізувати ресурси в редакції.

«Не бачу сенсу і можливості оптимізувати когось із команди, а тому "оптимізував" себе, розподіливши задачі серед команди», — сказав медійник. 

За час на посаді головного редактора Вікторові Дяченку вдалося налаштувати певну систему роботи видання. Зокрема, впродовж року він оптимізував тексти, які вже були на сайті, щоб домогтися видачі на першій сторінці пошуковика.

Команда також щоденно публікувала щонайменше три нішеві новини. Їх SEO-оптимізація, швидкість подачі, репости й поширення через партнерів дали змогу регулярно з'являтися в Google News. Команда також адаптувала новини для рилзів, що приводило нову аудиторію з рекомендацій.

Окрім цього, за словами Дяченка, команда підвищила впізнаваність медіа за допомогою інформаційної підтримки подій та залучила нову аудиторію, розбираючи гучні кейси з експертами ринку та налаштувавши систему тегів — усі спікери, компанії та причетні люди тегалися в соцмережах.

«Важливо розуміти, що весь цей об'єм робився 4 людьми 7 днів на тиждень. Тому вдавалося, бо це було системно і регулярно», — додав журналіст.

Наразі Віктор Дяченко сконцентрується на розвитку власного видання «КРВ.медіа» про науку, технології, здоров’я та дозвілля.

«Я бачу запит на той продукт, який створюю, і хочу збільшити кількість та формати. Для мене це новий виклик, адже основний масив роботи — це робота руками. Модно зараз казати — крафт. Маю шанс будувати гіпотези, перевіряти їх, змінювати. Поки все вдало і мене тішить. Вдалося дійти показника 126 000 відвідувачів на місяць за 2 повноцінні місяці роботи», — поділився журналіст.

Він також продовжує роботу на Суспільному та створює освітній продукт про українську мову.
