Парламент Швеції ухвалив поправку до закону, який заборонятиме купівлю певного виду контенту на платформі OnlyFans. Про це повідомляють медіа Svenska Dagbkadet та New York Post.

Так, згідно з новим законом, шведам заборонено платити комусь за здійснення статевого акту дистанційно, наприклад у прямому етері на платформі OnlyFans. За порушення цього закону може загрожувати ув’язнення.

Окрім цього, цей закон запроваджує кримінальну відповідальність за фінансове заохочення або експлуатацію будь-кого з метою вчинення сексуальних дій на камеру за винагороду. 

«Це нова форма купівлі сексуальних послуг, і нам давно пора модернізувати законодавство, включивши до нього цифрові платформи», — пояснювала шведська депутатка Тереза Карвальо в коментарі виданню.

Водночас перегляд та оплата попередньо записаного контенту для дорослих залишаться законними.
