Лідер "Українського вибору " Віктор Медведчук поки не збирається балотуватися в президенти.

Про це він заявив під час он-лайн спілкування зі своїми соратниками з "Українського вибору", повідомляє УП

"Змушений вас засмутити. Поки засмутити . Я вважаю, що щоб робити такі заяви людина повинна мати серйозні фундаментальні підстави. Ви знаєте, що в нашому суспільстві за півтора року до президентської кампанії достатньо кандидатів у президенти" , - заявив Медведчук.

"Ви впевнені , що у нас достатньо підтримки для того , щоб претендувати на такі висоти? Я думаю, що недостатньо", - додав він.

Він також заявив, що кожні вибори призводять країну до гіршого стану.

Медведчук пообіцяв соратникам продовжити боротьбу "за правильний вектор" розвитку України, попередивши, що приєднання до Зони вільної торгівлі з ЄС спричинить до закриття 8 тисяч підприємств.

Він також закликав соратників зробити все, щоб референдум про приєднання до Митного союзу відбувся і не допустити "колоніальну залежність України від Євросоюзу" .

"Часу залишилося мало ... Їх завдання - відірвати Україну від Росії, і вони можуть з цим завданням впоратися в листопаді" , - заявив Медведчук.

За 2 години спілкування він не почув жодного критичного питання.
