Обязанности премьер-министра будет исполнять первый вице-премьер Сергей Арбузов.

Об этом заявил агентству "Интерфакс-Украина" пресс-секретарь экс-премьер-министра Николая Азарова Виталий Лукьяненко.

"Президент поручил Кабмину продолжать выполнять свои полномочия до начала работы нового правительства. Это означает, что согласно закону "О Кабинете Министров Украины", обязанности премьер-министра будет исполнять первый вице-премьер", - сказал Лукьяненко.

Также он добавил, что заседание правительства, запланированное на 29 января, скорее всего проведет уже Арбузов.

В то же время, как пояснили УП юристы, согласно законодательству, обязанности премьер-министра возлагаются на вице-премьера в случае отсутствия премьера или в случае "смерти премьера на период до начала работы нового сформированного Кабинета".

Как известно, во вторник президент принял отставку премьера Азарова.

Своим распоряжением Янукович также поручил нынешнему составу Кабмина исполнять свои обязанности до начала работы нового сформированного правительства.
