Депутаты Киевсовета удивлены, что ВО "Батькивщина" и ВО "Свобода" требуют у них освобождения экс-премьера Юлии Тимошенко.

"Я, мягко говоря, несколько удивлен тем, что эти политические силы избрали Киевсовет для выдвижения каких-то требований об освобождении Тимошенко. Честно говоря, просмотрел еще раз наш регламент, просмотрел законы, которые регулируют работу органов местного самоуправления, в том числе Киевского городского совета. Никаких упоминаний о том, что Киевсовет наделен полномочиями освобождать заключенных я не нашел. Потому, думаю, лидеры  "Батькивщины" и "Свободы" попросту что-то перепутали и привели людей не по адресу", - прокомментировал ситуацию Gazeta.ua депутат Киевсовета Виктор Гринюк.

"Я вышел, пообщался с людьми, посоветовал им идти решать этот вопрос куда-то в другое место. Потому что сегодня заседает Киевсовет и нам нужно принять много решений для того, чтобы Киев нормально подготовился к зиме, чтобы малообеспеченные получили социальную защиту. Люди, рядовые митингующие, с одобрением восприняли эту информацию", - рассказал депутат.

Напомним, что оппозиция призвала киевлян прийти под стены Киевсовета 1-4 октября, в частности, чтобы поддержать обращение к международным организациям насчет позиции территориальной громады Киев относительно незаконного заключения Юлии Тимошенко.
