Движение Декоммунизация в Праге баннером Путина-Сталина перед началом выборов призывает избирателей "не повторить ошибку 1946" и не идти в объятия России.

Об этом сообщает УП со ссылкой на чешский ресурс Іdnes.cz.

Баннер с изображением "памятника Путину" вывесили на месте, где до 1962 года стоял "гордость коммунистов" памятник Сталину.

"Символом коммунистического режима был памятник Сталину в Праге. На том же месте вывесили предостережение возвращения в прошлое - гигантское полотно с портретом Владимира Путина", - рассказал представитель движения.

Активисты считают, что нынешний президент Милош Земан производит очень пророссийскую политику и боятся, что это может снова бросить их страну в объятия тоталитаризма и России.

Плакат имеет размеры 5 на 12 метров, и его сделали относительно быстро: за два дня.

Вывесили баннер на двух промышленных кранах.

Как известно, в 1946 году на выборах в Чехии победили коммунисты и сформировали правительство.

За несколько лет при поддержке СССР КПЧ установила в стране диктатуру и свернула все демократические свободы.
