Закон о назначении повторных выборов народных депутатов Украины в пяти округах на 15 декабря опубликован в газете «Голос Украины».

В законе указывается, что повторные выборы в одномандатных избирательных округах № 94, 132, 194, 197, 223 назначены на 15 декабря 2013 года, передает «Интерфакс-Украина», сообщает Ракурс.

Также отмечается, что избирательный процесс повторных выборов депутатов начинается за 60 дней до дня голосования.

Центральная избирательная комиссия (ЦИК) должна объявить о начале избирательного процесса не позднее, чем на следующий день после вступления в силу этого закона, а выдвижение кандидатов в народные депутаты начинается с первого дня избирательного процесса.

Кроме того, в законе указываются конкретные сроки других этапов избирательного процесса, в частности формирование избирательных комиссий в этих округах, проведение агитационной компании, изготовление за счет средств госбюджета информационных плакатов кандидатов в депутаты.

Также правительство, согласно закону, должно обеспечить финансирование этих выборов за счет средств государственного бюджета.

ЦИК просит 22 ​​млн грн на перевыборы в пяти проблемных округах.

Напомним, что УДАР не планирует выдвигать своих кандидатов на выборах в проблемных округах.
