Креативщики агентства Sol Creative разработали серию принтов, посвященных прерыванию трансляции телеканала «Дождь» в кабельных сетях России. На ассоциативных иллюстрациях изображены шаманы, вызывающие дождь. Лозунг #нужендождь превратился в хештег, которым разрешено пользоваться при каждом упоминании о проблеме.

С 29 января телеканал «Дождь» убрали из своих пакетов несколько крупнейших операторов кабельного и спутникового ТВ России. Некоторые операторы объяснили это коммерческими соображениями, другие заявили, что решение связано с опросом о блокаде Ленинграда, который был показан в эфире канала 26 января.

В годовщину снятия блокады в программе «Дилетанты» на «Дожде» у зрителей спросили: «Нужно ли было сдать Ленинград, чтобы спасти тысячи жизней?». Вопрос вызвал возмущение общественных деятелей, чиновников и депутатов, которые обвинили канал в реабилитации фашизма. Роскомнадзор и прокуратура не нашли нарушения законодательства в действиях канала. Канал принес свои извинения за инцидент.
