Печерский районный суд Киева 8 января обязал писательницу Оксану Забужко возместить моральный ущерб экс-главе администрации президента Виктору Медведчуку за обвинения в причастности к провокациям на Евромайдане 30 ноября-1 декабря.

Об этом говорится в сообщении на сайте общественного движения "Украинский выбор", пишет Коммерсантъ.

Господин Медведчук подал иск в суд на Оксану Забужко 9 декабря 2013 года за то, что в интервью радио "Свобода" писательница обвинила его в причастности к провокациям против Евромайдана.

"Учитывая моральную незначительность ответчицы и сомнительность ее интеллектуальной адекватности, сумму компенсации Виктор Медведчук назначил всего в размере 25 копеек", - говорится в сообщении.

Отмечается, что общественное движение выступает против политических спекуляций и намерено бороться с подобными проявлениями законными методами в правовом поле.
