На видео заметно, что нарушение произошло во время рассмотрения законопроекта 3057 "О внесении изменений в Закон Украины О государственном бюджете Украины на 2013 год по погашению задолженности за энергетические ресурсы".

В "Честно" напомнили, что в течение третьей сессии неличным голосованием уже отметились 14 депутатов из фракции Партии регионов и 2 - из Коммунистической партии Украины
