Директору столичного PR-агентства «PR i Z» Захару Чистякову грозит тюремный срок. Его обвиняют в организации DDoS атаки на сайт Крымского отделения Партии регионов и распространении поддельного обращения Председателя Совета министров АРК Анатолия Могилева. За решетку он может угодить на целых шесть лет.
По версии обвинения, год назад (в период предвыборной кампании) Чистяков за 2 тыс. долларов предпринял указанные действия с целью снижение рейтинга Партии Регионов в Крыму, сообщают Носоти SEO и IT. В качестве вещдока сторона обвинения намерена предъявить ноутбук с его перепиской и выпиской из платежной системы WebMoney, подтверждающей переводы исполнителям атаки.
Уголовное дело состоит из пяти томов. Во время следствия было допрошено более полусотни свидетелей. Среди них есть и сотрудники хостинг-провайдера Freehost, где во время осуществления DDoS атаки находился сайт http:/regioncrimea.org.
Захар Чистяков не признает вины и заявляет, что абсолютно непричастен к взлому партийного сайта. Он уверен, что вся эта история – дело рук его оппонента Павла Бурлакова, являющегося руководителем крымского штаба Партии регионов
