Вчера, пока опозиция безрезультатно дралась с "Беркутом", депутаты Киевсовета. собравшиеся в зале, принимали решения с рекордной скоростью.

"КП" подсчитала - если в "мирное время" на каждый вопрос повестки уходило минимум 5 минут (объяснения, споры с оппонентами), то вчера депутаты проголосовали 119 решений за 3 часа: в среднем на каждый вопрос ушло 90 секунд! Пример для "старших" коллег из Верховной Рады.
