SMM — штука тонкая. Немного недошутил — никто не реагирует. Немного перешутил — поставил под угрозу бренд. За примерами далеко ходить не надо. Один из них — российский Сбербанк, который время от времени попадает впросак со своим контентом.

Невинная на первый взгляд инфографика вызвала целую бурю саркастических комментариев от пользователей Facebook. 

Старт обсуждению положила газета "Ведомости" : "По мнению Сбербанка, современный человек должен выглядеть как Герман Греф".

Интернет-пользователи подхватили:

"Может, сделают инфографику "Каким должно быть обслуживание в современном банке"?"

"Нам, женщинам, с "модной небритостью" сложнее будет. А в остальном пойдет"

"А почему лоферы с носками?"

Ранее SMM-отдел Сбербанка уже попадал в переплет. Как-то они разместили в Twitter шутку, вызвавшую возмущение Союза пенсионеров России: "Народный лайфхак: если на стене мелом написать "Сбербанк", у стены образуется очередь из 30 пенсионерок. Кто пробовал? Работает?". В итоге банку пришлось публично извиняться: мол, менеджеры пытались пошутить над вечной проблемой Сбербанка — очередями.
