Высший админсуд отказался отменять принятие ВР изменений в Налоговый кодекс, по так называемой "поправке Кличко".

О таком решении сообщает  "Закон і Бізнес".

В своем решении от 10 января 2014 года ВАСУ отказал Виталию Кличко в иске против Верховной Рады, президента о признании действий и бездеятельности противоправными. 

24 октября большинство проголосовало за поправки о том, что лицо, имеющее право на постоянное проживание на территории иностранного государства, считается не проживающим в Украине.

Эти поправки, как считают в "УДАРе" могут быть использованы для запрета Кличко участвовать в выборах президента.

1 ноября, депутат Бриченко дал показания в МВД о фальсификации поправок.

Он не отрицает, что действительно является автором 31 поправки к законопроекту, но отмечает: "этих двух поправок, которые якобы касаются Виталия Кличко, я не вносил и на заседании комитета они не рассматривались".

Милиция начала расследование на предмет фальсификаций. В четверг следственное управление милиции Киева закрыло уголовное производство относительно возможной фальсификации текста законопроекта об изменении Налогового кодекса.
