Одесский окружной административный суд принял решение лишить одесский телеканал «АТВ» лицензии
Как передает корреспондент «Одесса. Комментарии», соответствующее решение суд принял сегодня, 13 ноября.
В ходе сегодняшнего заседания суд рассматривал одновременно два иска – иск Нацсовета по вопросам телевидения и радиовещания к «АТВ» и встречный иск телекомпании к Нацсовету.
Объединив эти два иска в одно дело, судья удалился в совещательную комнату, однако для вынесения решения много времени ему не потребовалось – примерно через полчаса стороны уведомили о том, что иск «АТВ» отклонен, а вот требования Нацсовета удовлетворены в полном объёме.
Таким образом суд лишил «АТВ» лицензии на вещание в телеэфире.
Отметим, что телеканал «АТВ» принадлежит арестованному бывшему народному депутату от Партии регионов Игорю Маркову.
