Центральная избирательная комиссия сделала все необходимое для подготовки избирательного процесса по повторным выборам в Украине в пяти одномандатных округах, заявил председатель ЦИК Михаил Охендовский, сообщает ZN.UA.

"Мы можем считать, что у нас завершена работа по принятию документов, необходимых субъектам будущего избирательного процесса для правильного и одинакового применения закона Украины о выборах народных депутатов Украины и закона о повторных выборах народных депутатов Украины в одномандатных округах №94, №132, №194, №197 и №223", - заявил он на заседании ЦИК.

"Думаю, мы можем считать, что к подготовке выборов народных депутатов в указанных одномандатных округах ЦИК сделала все, что должна была сделать заблаговременно", - сказал Охендовский.

Как сообщалось, Верховная Рада 5 сентября назначила на 15 декабря повторные выборы народных депутатов в пяти мажоритарных округах - №№94 (Обухов, Киевская область), 132 (Первомайск, Николаевская область), 194 и 197 (Черкасская область) и 225 (Киев, Шевченковский район). Закон устанавливает, что избирательных процесс повторных выборов начинается за 60 дней до дня голосования
