Суд лишил его полномочий, но в Центризбиркоме пока не решили, как это сделать в рамках закона

В Центризбиркоме пока нет единого мнения, лишать ли мандата народного депутата от Партии регионов Игоря Маркова. Об этом "Вестям" сказал замглавы ЦИК Андрей Магера.

"Единой позиции членов ЦИК по этому поводу нет. Сейчас преждевременно говорить что-либо конкретное", - сказал "Вестям" Магера. По его словам, ЦИК получил мотивировочную и результативную части решения суда о лишении Маркова мандата.

"Мы пытаемся найти способ наиболее оптимального исполнения данного судебного решения с точки зрения избирательного законодательства. Но, безусловно, реакция ЦИК на это в какой-то форме будет", — заявил Магера.

Суд лишил Игоря Маркова депутатских полномочий по иску экс-нардепа Юрия Кармазина, с 20 сентября спикер Владимир Рыбак заблокировал карточку Маркова и прекратил начисление ему зарплаты.
