Как показывает рейтинг Bigmir по группе "Администрации", украинцы редко захаживают на сайты органов власти. При этом прошлом году на сайты госвласти было выделено около 15 миллионов гривен, пишет "Комсомольская правда".
 
"Добили" популярность официальных сайтов соцсети. С приобретением популярности в Украине Фейсбука и Твиттера украинцы отдают предпочтение посещению не сайтов органов госвласти, а заходам на персональные странички министров и чиновников в соцсетях. Наглядный пример - правительственный портал ежедневно просматривают около 10 тысяч человек, в то время как персональную страничку премьера Николая Азарова в Фейсбуке лайкнули более 35 тысяч человек (следят за всеми обновлениями на страничке главы правительства). 
 
По словам IT-эксперта Сергея Захарова, такая тенденция объясняется тем, что интернет-пользователи хотят получать объективную, "живую" и оперативную информацию, а не читать "сладкие новости" от пресс-служб.
 
- Если любой читатель зайдет на сайт любого ведомства, что он прочитает? "Один госслужащий провел официальную встречу с другим госслужащим, в результате чего благодаря усилиям нашего ведомства индекс чего-то увеличился на столько-то". Кроме того, чиновники на госсайтах категорически стараются не писать негативные новости, - говорит Захаров. - Поэтому популярнее становятся персональные странички политиков в соцсетях. Для интернет-пользователей важно, что за страничкой в Фейсбуке или Твиттере сидят живые люди, а не просто агрегаты по созданию позитивных новостей.
