Журналисты, уволившиеся из компании "Национальные информационные системы" (Назим Бедиров, Лаврентий Малазония и Игорь Шувалов), планируют в ближайшее время запустить новостийный телеканал. Телеканал будет запущен в начале 2014 года.

"Директором должен стать Бедиров, главным редактором Малазония. Если Малазония будет заниматься производством новостей, то Бедиров — развитием телеканала в целом. С каналом также будет сотрудничать Шувалов", — пишет "Телекритика"

Бюджет телеканала уже определен, "он будет финансироваться в рамках медиагруппы "Интер".

Как сообщал PRportal, Inter Media Group 26 декабря назначила руководителем компании "Национальные информационные системы" (НИС) и.о. главного редактора и члена правления телеканала "Интер" Антона Никитина вместо Назима Бедирова и ЛАврентия Малазонии. 

GDF Media Limited, принадлежащая бизнесмену Дмитрию Фирташу, 1 февраля 2013 года приобрела за $2,5 млрд Inter Media Group у K.H. Media Limited, принадлежащей экс-первому вице-премьеру Валерию Хорошковскому.
