Представители Nokia извинились за мат в твиттер-аккаунте своего новозеландского подразделения. Твит с извинениями был опубликован 27 ноября.

«Привет всем! Несмотря на наш предыдущий твит, мы очень любим своих поклонников в Новой Зеландии! Приносим извинения всем, кого этот пост мог оскорбить», — написали сотрудники Nokia, подчеркнув, что по факту размещения в соцсети нецензурного сообщения в компании начато внутреннее расследование.

Нецензурный твит из двух слов («Fuck you») появился в аккаунте @NokiaNZ 26 ноября. Вскоре сообщение было удалено, передает Lenta.ru.

Извиняться за твиты в корпоративных аккаунтах приходилось и российским компаниям. Так, в 2012 году принести извинения своим подписчикам в социальной сети вынуждены были в Сбербанке. Поводом для извинений стала шутка, опубликованная в твиттере одним из сотрудников организации. «Народный лайфхак: Если на стене мелом написать „Сбербанк“, у стены образуется очередь из 30 пенсионерок. Кто пробовал? Работает?», — говорилось в посте. Через несколько часов сообщение было удалено, а сотрудник, разместивший его, был вскоре уволен.
