Про це повідомив під час пре-конференції в Управлінні МВС в Чернігівській області керівник спецгрупи МВС України Іван Стойко.

Відкриваючи прес-конференцію, Іван Стойко зауважив, що вибори невпинно наближаються, сьогодні 24 липня останній день проведення передвиборчої агітації, завтра «день тиші». Міліція працює в посиленому режимі.

О 7:30 на плацу УМВС в Чернігівській області відбувся стройовий огляд особового складу Чернігівського гарнізону, задіяного на охорону громадського порядку на виборчих дільницях по 205 округу.

Кожен міліціонер був докладно проінструктований та ознайомлений зі своїми задачами на період виборів. Зараз міліція разом із дільничними виборчими комісіями доставляє на 83 виборчі дільниці (включаючи спеціальні дільниці) бюлетені. До 16:00 планується розвезти бюлетені по виборчих комісіях.

Посилено охорону окружної виборчої комісії, дільничні комісії оглянуті спеціалістами на предмет виявлення небезпечних предметів.

Наразі якихсь проблем із доставкою бюлетенів на дільниці немає. Зараз до охорони громадського порядку в Чернігові задіяно близько 2 тисяч міліціонерів, включаючи спец підрозділи.
