Окружной административный суд Киева на заседании 24 июля приступит к рассмотрению дела о запрете Коммунистической партии Украины, сообщает "Интерфакс".

На сайте суда отмечается, что заседание назначено на 10.00, судья - Любовь Мариулина.

Заявителями выступают Министерство юстиции и Государственная регистрационная служба, ответчик – Компартия Украины.

Ранее лидер КПУ Петр Симоненко в интервью сообщил, что защищать интересы КПУ в суде будут как отечественные, так и зарубежные адвокаты.

Он также высказал уверенность в том, что КПУ в ходе рассмотрения иска докажет, что в правовом отношении в Украине "царит произвол".

"Этот иск был сфабрикован на выполнение требований тогда исполняющего обязанности президента и председателя Верховной Рады Турчинова (спикер Верховной Рады Александр Турчинов – ИФ), то есть, так называемой демократии дается указание сфабриковать дело для запрета деятельности Компартии".

Он также назвал "бредом" обвинения в адрес Компартии в антиконституционной деятельности и поддержке сепаратистов.
