Руководитель канцелярии премьер-министра Польши Михал Дворчик сообщил о том, что 3 марта пройдут досрочные выборы мэра Гданьска.

Досрочные выборы пройдут в связи с гибелью бывшего руководителя города Павела Адамовича, пишет Новое время

"Премьер-министр Польши Матеуш Моравецкий подписал распоряжение: выборы в Гданьске состоятся 3 марта 2019 года", - заявил Дворчик.

Мэра польского города Гданьска Павла Адамовича ударили ножом 13 января во время мероприятия по сбору средств, организованного Большим оркестром Рождественской благотворительности. Его госпитализировали в очень тяжелом состоянии с колото-резаными ранами сердца, диафрагмы и брюшной полости.

Нападавшего задержали. Это 27-летний житель Гданьска, который отбывал наказание за преступление "против жизни и здоровья". Он заявил, что его незаконно осудили по указанию партии Адамовича.

14 января Адамович умер в больнице. Согласно выводам судмедэкспертов, непосредственной причиной смерти стал геморрагический шок.
