Загалом 75% жителів неокупованої частини Донбасу вважають, що Донецька і Луганська області повинні у тій чи іншій формі бути частиною України.

Про це свідчить опитування соціологічної групи "Рейтинг" станом на листопад, проведене за підтримки уряду Канади.

З них 32% вважають, що області мають бути частиною України на тих же правах, що і раніше (серед жителів решти України так вважають 53%), 35% – що вони мають отримати додаткові повноваження у рамках реформи з децентралізації (20%), 8% – що мають стати автономними областями (6%).

3% жителів Донбасу вважають, що ті райони, які контролюються бойовиками, мають у них і залишатися (серед жителів решти України так вважають 7%), а 7% – що Донбас має стати частиною Росії (2%), ще 1% хоче бачити Донбас незалежною країною (1%).

 
 
 

Опитування проводилося 19 – 30 листопада, було опитано 1800 людей старших 18 років у всіх регіонах крім Криму і окупованої частини Донбасу. У підконтрольних районах Донбасу було опитано 1284 людей. Можлива похибка не перевищує 2,3%.
