Невский районный суд признал виновной активистку Оксану Борисову по статье 20.2 (нарушение установленного порядка организации либо проведения собрания, митинга, демонстрации, шествия или пикетирования).

Как рассказала ее защитница, 29 января девушку задержали по месту учебы в РГПУ им. Герцена и почти сутки продержали в отделе полиции,пишет "Фонтанке"

Причиной внимания правоохранителей стал перепост на странице "Вконтакте" информации о несанкционированном митинге в Минеральных водах, где 26 января жители на некоторое время перекрыли трассу "Кавказ", требуя расследования гибели солдата-контрактника.

Страница в соцсети девушки была заблокирована по решению Роскомнадзора, однако полиция тем не менее настояла на составлении протокола. 30 января вечером суд вынес решение о наказании в виде суток лишения свободы.

По словам адвоката, девушку отпустили, так как указанный срок она уже провела в отделе.
