Участники профессионального сообщества дрон-журналистики с США (PSDJ) разработали 3D-карту разрушенного Донецкого аэропорта, основанную на видеосъемке места боев с дрона, которое было обнародовано недавно.

Видео, опубликованное на Youtube-канале украинской разведки Армия-SOS 15 января, за несколько дней собрал почти полтора миллиона просмотров.

В ролике можно увидеть кадры разрушенной диспетчерской башни, разбомбленной взлетной полосы и измененного до неузнаваемости терминала аэропорта, где и проходят основные бои. Видео было снято в начале января из специального разведывательного дрона.

Профессиональное сообщество дрон-журналистики с США решила разработать трехмерную карту разрушенных зданий аэропорта, используя это видео. Matthew Schroyer, руководитель организации, рассказал, что основой для создания 3D-карты стали спутниковые снимки Google Earth, а также кадры из видеоролика.

По его мнению, трехмерная интерактивная иллюстрация намного информативнее, чем видео с дрона само по себе, так как дает возможность представить масштабы разрушений и оценить ситуацию.
