С прошлой недели "Ланит" лишен возможности закупать и поставлять оборудование и программное обеспечение (ПО) IBM: американская корпорация в одностороннем порядке расторгла партнерские соглашения, рассказал "Ъ" президент "Ланит" Георгий Генс.

По его словам, по условиям договоров IBM имела право расторгнуть его с уведомлением за три месяца, чем и воспользовалась. 16 апреля вице-президент IBM Чад Риз направил исполнительному директору ЗАО "Ланит" Владимиру Грибову письмо, в котором говорится об окончании действия соглашений между "Ланит" и IBM через три месяца.

С 16 июля "Ланит" лишился статусов "системный интегратор" и "поставщик решений" IBM, также прекратили действие основное партнерское соглашение IBM PartnerWorld и авторизация "Ланит" в качестве партнера по предоставлению гарантийных услуг IBM, говорится в письме. Причины расторжения соглашений там не указаны.

"Ланит" сотрудничал с IBM с 1994 года
