Согласно исследованию Pew Research Center, американские подростки отказались от Facebook в пользу других платформ социальных сетей, таких как Snapchat и Instagram.

Только 51% американских тинейджеров в возрасте от 13 до 17 лет используют Facebook.

Популярность социальной сети упала на 20% по сравнению с предыдущим исследованием Pew 2015 года.

Наиболее популярными среди подростков являются YouTube (85% опрошенных), Instagram (72%) и Snapchat (69%).

Согласно данным предыдущего исследования, только 52% подростков использовали Instagram, а 41% - Snapchat.

YouTube не был включен в опрос 2015 года. Популярность Facebook заметно выше среди детей из семейств с низким доходом.
