Группа хакеров Anonymous, объявившая кибервойну «Исламскому государству» (террористическая организация, деятельность которой запрещена на территории России),сообщила о взломе более 5000 аккаунтов террористов в твиттере, пишет Дождь.

Представитель группы хакеров Алекс Паучер заявил, что Anonymous будет любыми способами блокировать деятельность террористов в интернете. По его словам, возможности хакеров в сети «превосходят возможности правительства любой страны».

16 ноября хакеры Anonymous опубликовали видео, в котором пообещали провести наиболее масштабную из всех уже имевших место кибератак на сайты и аккаунты в соцсетях, использующиеся ИГ. Операция станет ответом на серию терактов в Париже.
