Парламентскую систему "Рада-4" презентовали в понедельник спикеру Верховной Рады Александру Турчинову: среди безусловных преимуществ системы перед нынешней - невозможность одновременного голосования одним депутатом за двух и больше народных избранников.

Презентация прошла в Киеве в доме Института проблем математических машин и систем НАНУ, которій разрабатывал "Рада-4", передает корреспондент Укринформа.

"Система ("Рада-4") уже разработана и готова к использованию", - отметил директор упомянутого института Анатолий Морозов.

По словам Морозова, "Рада-4" от предыдущей системы отличают возможность персонального голосования, замена бумажного обращения на электронное и обеспечение депутатов новым, более удобным местом работы.

Следовательно, если "Рада-4" будет внедрена, депутаты будут регистрироваться в сессионном зале с помощью отпечатков пальцев. Голосование будет проходить с использованием двух рук, что сделает невозможным одновременное голосование за других депутатов. Кроме этого, на столе народных избранников появятся рабочие планшеты, которые будут иметь доступ к интернету.

Как отметил Турчинов, за 10 лет своей работы система "Рада-3" устарела "морально и физически".

"Нет смысла делать реанимацию системы "Рада-3", нужно переходить на новый формат работы", - подчеркнул спикер.

По подсчетам специалистов института, "Рада-4" можно будет внедрить к началу зимней сессии. Смета проекта составляет 92 млн гривень.
