Во вторник, 12 июля, на заседании Киевский апелляционный административный суд подтвердил решение суда первой инстанции о незаконности аннулирования Киевским городским центром занятости разрешения на трудоустройство автору и ведущему ток-шоу Шустер LIVE Савику Шустеру.

Суд отказал в удовлетворении жалобы Киевского городского центра занятости на решение суда первой инстанции, который отменил решение Киевского центра занятости об аннулировании разрешения на трудоустройство в Украине, пишет Новое время

Данное решение Киевского апелляционного админсуда может быть обжаловано в Высшем апелляционном суде Украины.

Напомним, 25 апреля телеведущему Савику Шустеру аннулировали разрешение на работу в Украине.

Сам Шустер назвал это решение результатом давления и объявил голодовку.

По словам представителя Киевского городского центра занятости, Шустеру аннулировали разрешение на работу в Украине из-за предоставления недостоверных данных.

28 апреля Государственная служба занятости приостановила действие аннулированияразрешения на применение труда гражданина Канады Савика Шустера в Украине до выяснения обстоятельств.

В этот же день стало известно, что шоу Шустер live отныне будет транслироваться на столичном телеканале Киев.
