Корпорация Apple может купить телеканал CNN и студию Warner Brothers

Старший вице-президент Apple Эдди Кью в конце 2015 года встречался с директором Time Warner Олафом Олафссоном и предложил ему купить компанию.

"Стороны обсуждали возможность включения HBO, CNN и других кабельных каналов, принадлежащих Time Warner, в будущий видеостриминговый сервис Apple", - отмечается в сообщении.

Сообщается, что обсуждение продажи Time Warner Apple не выходило за рамки предварительных переговоров. Кроме того, в них не участвовали главы компаний.

Официальные представители Apple и Time Warner отказались от комментариев относительно данной информации.
