Голова правління громадської мережі "Опора" Ольга Айвазовська заявила, те, що перемагають чинні міські голови не є новиною або непередбачуваною тенденцією, адже вони "мали п’ять років на реалізацію ресурсів децентралізації"
 

Про це вона зявила у коментарі журналістці Еспресо.TV Валерії Пашко.

"Насправді це пов’язано з тим, що чинні міські голови мали п’ять років на реалізацію ресурсів децентралізації й цей ефект спрацював в їхніх інтересах. Коли державна влада є не настільки сильно, як могла б бути, у той же час місцеве самоврядування має базові можливості для реалізації завдань і бюджети під це", - зазначила Айвазовська.

Вона зауважила, те, що перемагають чинні міські голови не є новиною або непередбачуваною тенденцією.

"Більше того, результати виборів засвідчили, що двотурова система немає сенсу, коли розрив, на приклад, у першому турі між кандидатом №1 і №2 є понад 20%, але все одно проводиться голосування і результат той самий, натомість витрачаються бюджетні кошти й зайві ризики створюються для тих, хто організовує процес і бере в ньому участь, через COVID-19", - наголосила Айвазовська.
