Віце-президент США Джо Байден виключив можливість стати державним секретарем в потенційній адміністрації Хілларі Клінтон.

Як повідомляє CNN, про це він заявив KBJR у п'ятницю, пише Українська правда

"Я зроблю все, що можу, щоб допомогти Хілларі, якщо вона буде обрана, але я не хочу залишатися в адміністрації", - сказав Байден.

Він додав, що Клінтон поки не зверталася до нього з пропозицією про потенційну посаду.

"Я не маю наміру залишатися залученим. У мене є багато речей, якими я можу займатися, але я допоможу їй, чим зможу", - додав Байден.

Раніше видання Politico з посиланням на джерело повідомило, що Байден перебуває у верхній частині списку претендентів на посаду держсекретаря, складеного командою Клінтон.
