Lо ЦВК 21 серпня 2015 року надійшла заява обраного народним депутатом України на проміжних виборах народного депутата України 26 липня 2015 року в ОВО № 205 Березенка С.І. про наявність поважних причин, які перешкоджають йому в установлений законом двадцятиденний строк з дня офіційного оприлюднення результатів виборів подати документи, необхідні для реєстрації його народним депутатом України, та проханням продовжити такий строк на один місяць. Заява подана Березенком С.І. у зв’язку з відсутністю Указу Президента України про звільнення його з займаної посади Керівника Державного управління справами.

Розглянувши зазначену заяву, Комісія визнала вказані в ній причини поважними та встановила строк подання Березенком С.І. до ЦВК документів, необхідних для його реєстрації народним депутатом України, до 25 вересня 2015 року.
