Чоловік розмістив в мережі фотографію в оголеному вигляді,повідомляє ТСН

27-річний житель Барановичів вирішив зробити селфі на прохання однієї з дівчат на сайті знайомств. Інтернет-користувачка заявила, що не стане продовжувати спілкування з чоловіками, які не викладають відверті фотографії. Чоловік зробив знімок на власний мобільний телефон, ймовірно, в період між січнем і квітнем 2014 року.

Проведена в рамках слідчих заходів мистецтвознавча експертиза, визнала фото порнографічним.

На засіданні суду житель Барановичів повністю визнав свою провину.
