Близько 70% українців згодні з тим, що "Сталiн - жорстокий, нелюдський тиран, винний у знищенні мільйонів безневинних людей"
 

Відповідне опитування провів Київський міжнародний інститут соціології, повідомляє Еспресо.TV.

У 26% українців байдуже ставлення до Сталіна, у той же час 17% ставляться до нього з відразою, ненавистю, 13% – з повагою та з ворожістю.

"Мудрим керівником" вважають Сталіна 28% населення. Близько чверті дорослих українців вважають, що Сталін був великим вождем, 44% так не вважають.

Майже три чверті населення зазначили, що не хотіли б жити та працювати при Сталiні.

Більш позитивно ставляться та підтримують Сталіна у східному регіоні, люди старшого віку, з середньою освітою та низьким рівнем достатку.

Серед населення України загалом розповсюджене негативне ставлення до Сталіна та його ролі в історії. Так, близько половини громадян не згодні з визначенням Сталіна ні як великого вождя, ні як мудрого керiвника, що привiв СРСР до могутностi та процвітання. А позитивний спектр емоцій у ставленні до Сталіна (17%) вдвічі менший, ніж негативний.

Опитування проводилося у 110 населених пунктах (PSU) в усіх областях України, окрім Автономної Республіки Крим, за стохастичною вибіркою, репрезентативною для населення України віком від 18 років. Методом інтерв'ю опитано 2020 респондентів.

Статистична похибка вибірки не перевищує: 3,3% для показників близьких до 50%, 2,8% - для показників близьких до 25%.
