На сайті Центральної виборчої комісії вказано п’ять мажоритарних кандидатів у депутати Верховної Ради від Блоку Петра Порошенка, імена яких не були озвучені під час з’їзду партії 14 вересня.

Це є порушенням закону про вибори, який передбачає, що кандидатів у депутати політсила повинна затверджувати на з’їзді,пише Українська правда

Такими депутатами є: Іванюк Роман Олегович (22 округ, Волинська область), Каплін Діонісій Сергійович (150, Полтавська), Лаврик Микола Іванович (161, Сумська), Давтян Олександр Саркісович (169, Харківська) та Чудновський Віталій Олегович (200, Черкаська).

У свою чергу прес-секретар ЦВК Костянтин Хівренко повідомив "Українській правді", що комісія не наділена повноваженнями перевіряти відповідність поданих списків тим, які були затверджені на з’їзді, оскільки жоден з її представників на цьому з’їзді не був.

"Центральна виборча комісія працює з тими документами, які надає політична сила за підсумками з’їзду. Закон не зобов’язує нас ходити на з’їзди", - сказав він.
