Здійснення блокування українськими провайдерами російських сайтів, які потрапили під санкції, на даний момент неможливе технічно.
 

Про, це в коментарі інформагентству "Інтерфакс-Україна" повідомив голова Інтернет-асоціації України Олександр Федієнко.

"Станом на сьогодні це неможливо виконати", – сказав він.

Федієнко додав, що для реалізації блокування провайдерам може знадобитися час і великі кошти на переоснащення обладнання та зміна топології мережі.

Голова асоціації "Телекомунікаційна палата України" Тетяна Попова повідомила агентству, що теоретично технічно обмеження доступу до деякій кількості ресурсів можливе, але на практиці його буде легко обійти.

"Будь-який вид блокування (DNS, URL, IP-адреса та ін.) неефективний, а просунуті користувачі легко його обійдуть", – зазначила вона.

Як повідомлялося, Україна включила ТОВ "Мейл.РУ ГРУП" (Москва), ТОВ "Вконтакте" (Санкт-Петербург), ТОВ "В Контакте" (Київ), ТОВ "Мейл.ру Україна" (Київ) в список юридичних осіб, щодо яких застосовуються спеціальні економічні санкції.

Як зазначається в рішенні РНБО, Інтернет-провайдерам забороняється надавати послуги з доступу користувачам мережі Інтернет до ресурсів сервісів Mail.ru і соціально-орієнтованим ресурсів "Вконтакте" і "Одноклассники".
