Ритейлер Ikea славится своими ресторанами, конкурируя таким образом с заведениями фастфуда, так как многие посетители заходят в магазин, чтобы не купить мебель, а перекусить. Такое положение вещей перестало устраивать германское отделение Burger King, где придумали забавную рекламу-троллинг, передает WUV.

В рекламном ролике группа специальных «спасателей хотдогов» от Burger King кидается на помощь колбаскам, которые собираются сварить в ресторане Ikea. Рейнджеры прихватили с собой переносной гриль, чтобы сделать с хотдогами то, что положено, то есть поджарить. В конце ролика всплывает надпись: «Хотдоги не умеют плавать, и мы должны их спасти». 

Видео сделано в стилистике «Спасателей Малибу», а работало над ним германское агентство Setup из Мюнхена.
В Burger King представили новую рекламу как «партизанские действия на территории Швеции».

Ikea пока не ответила на вызов.
