Чинний президент Фінляндії Саулі Нііністе переобраний на пост глави держави за підсумком виборів, що відбулися 28 січня, пише Українська правда

За підсумками підрахунку понад 98% бюлетенів, за Нііністе проголосували 62,7% виборців.

Загалом у виборах брали участь 8 претендентів, які отримали від 6,9% до 1,5% голосів виборців.

Зі словами підтримки на адресу Нііністе вже виступила президент Литви Даля Грібаускайте, привітавши його з переобранням.

Зазначимо, що попереднє голосування на виборах президента Фінляндії проходило з 17 по 23 січня. Різниця між результатами попереднього голосування і остаточними результатами може становити кілька процентних пунктів.

За даними опитування громадської думки, яке провели перед президентськими виборами, перемогу діючому главі держави Саулі Нііністе віддавали у першому турі.

На другому місці з великим відривом був кандидат від зелених Пекка Хаавісто. Третє місце серед виборців, згідно з опитуваннями, розділили представниця "Справжніх фінів" Лаура Хухтасаарі і висуванець від виборчого об'єднання Пааво Вяюрюнен з 6% голосів.
