Чиновник из центрального аппарата СБУ погорел на взятке

Отделом по расследованию преступлений о коррупционных действиях Генпрокуратуры расследуется уголовное производство в отношении требования взятки работником центрального аппарата СБУ

Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Генеральной прокуратуры Украины, передает ДеПо.

Согласно сообщению, по данному факту в Единый реестр досудебных расследований внесены сведения по признакам уголовного преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 14 ч. 3 ст. 368 УК Украины.

«Установлено, что заместитель начальника отдела центрального аппарата СБУ требовал от учредителя предприятия в г. Черкассы $ 17 тыс. за обеспечение беспрепятственного таможенного оформления грузов», - рассказали в СБУ.

Как сообщается, следователь ГПУ задержал работника СБУ во время передачи средств в помещении кафе в Киеве.

Печерским районным судом Киева задержанному избрана мера пресечения - домашний арест.

«В настоящее время проводятся неотложные следственные (розыскные) действия, направленные на установление всех фактических обстоятельств совершенного преступления», - отметили в Генпрокуратуре.
